Reception & LED wall
A 115" Leyard 1.8pp LED wall with ultra-high definition and no visible seams — the first impression on arrival. At reception, an automation panel commands every system in the company.
Case · Operations centre
A 115" Leyard LED wall at reception, 140 Furukawa cabling points labelled in the comms room, 32 4K cameras managed by Defense AI and 8 facial recognition access points — designed, installed and documented by our engineering team.

The challenge
The hall brings workstations, videowalls and meeting rooms into one space. Information must be visible from any seat — and the environment must work without friction for the people who spend the whole day there.
The classic risk in this kind of build is fragmentation: one vendor for the LED wall, another for cabling, another for cameras, another for automation. When something fails, nobody answers for the whole.
“One accountable owner for the entire system — from the network point to the LED wall.”
What we delivered
A 115" Leyard 1.8pp LED wall with ultra-high definition and no visible seams — the first impression on arrival. At reception, an automation panel commands every system in the company.
Videowalls with multiple simultaneous sources and workstations with dedicated views — information visible from any point in the hall.
Cloud-integrated Control iD system with a unified facial registry and per-user permissions: entrance door, call centre rooms, board and management. Readers with embedded solenoids and internal release buttons — someone at their desk can let a visitor in without standing up.
A unified circuit of 32 Intelbras 4K cameras managed by Defense AI software. A 360 camera with tracking on the façade.
RTI system on the table with an extended microphone — the person at the far end is heard in the online meeting too. USB-C mirroring, camera that tracks the speaker and preset views. Same standard in the board room, supporting two wide monitors.
140 Furukawa structured cabling points — connectors, cables and patch panels in the rack — all labelled and identified in the comms room, so IT can patch and grant permissions easily.

Automation
Every morning the screens turn on with no human intervention, already on the content the client defined for each space. An 8-output video matrix serves the company's 8 spaces — each with its own image, changeable through RTI automation at any time.
Air conditioning joins the same system: preset temperature, on at 8am and off at 8pm, so no unit is left running and wasting energy. The meeting system and the screens' HDMI inputs are preset too — walk in, sit down, connect. And at reception, an automation panel commands everything.
After handover
The operations centre was not handed over and abandoned. The system stays under Managed Operation: service levels set in contract, response times by criticality, scheduled preventive maintenance and one number for the whole operation.
That is what separates a project from a system that is still working two years later.
