Operations room
Main LED wall with multiple simultaneous sources, supporting side screens and workstations with dedicated views — the heart of the operation.
Case · Corporate headquarters
Operations rooms with LED display walls, 1,600 structured cabling points, 128 CCTV cameras and more than 30 doors with access control — designed, installed and maintained by our engineering team.
The challenge
The headquarters brings operations, the board, reception and shared areas together at one address. Each space had a distinct need — from the operations room, which cannot lose its feed, to reception, which needs welcome and access control in the same flow.
The classic risk in this kind of build is fragmentation: one vendor for the LED, another for cabling, another for cameras, another for automation. When something fails, nobody answers for the whole.
“Automation integrating imaging, lighting and HVAC — all under one contract.”
What we delivered
Main LED wall with multiple simultaneous sources, supporting side screens and workstations with dedicated views — the heart of the operation.
Standardised rooms with video conferencing, audio and unified control — the same experience on any floor.
Access control with facial recognition, turnstiles and reception integration, with an auditable entry log.
Vertical reception videowall with institutional content integrated into the signage system.
1,600 structured cabling points, documented and labelled racks, operations Wi-Fi covering critical areas.
128 cameras in a unified CCTV system, covering perimeter, access points and shared areas.

After handover
The headquarters was not handed over and abandoned. The system stays under Managed Operation: service levels set in contract, response times by criticality, scheduled preventive maintenance and one number for the whole operation.
That is what separates a project from a system that is still working two years later.
Next step
An engineer reviews the environment, flags risks and returns an objective scope — with or without a project. No cost, no commitment.
